Pick your set, design time, soak off, date and time, then pay your deposit to lock it in.

You'll get a confirmation text 1 day before your appointment. Please confirm it. First-time clients get the address after confirming. Returning clients, keep confirming before every visit.

Double check your name, phone and email when you book.

A $32 deposit is required to secure your appointment: $30 comes off your total at the end of your service and $2 is a booking fee.

Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

Your deposit is paid by card when you book. The rest is paid at your appointment with Apple Pay, Zelle or cash.

VIP appointments are on Sundays and Mondays. A $50 fee is added to all VIP and squeeze-in appointments.

Rescheduling: reschedule at least 1 day before your appointment. You get one reschedule per deposit. A second reschedule counts as a new appointment with a new deposit.

Cancelling: cancel at least 24 hours before. Otherwise your deposit is kept.

You can reschedule or cancel yourself before the cut-off using the link in your confirmation text or email.

No-shows are blocked from all future bookings.

Let your nail artist know if you're running behind. There's a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you'll be charged a late fee, or your appointment may be cancelled and you'll need to rebook online with a new deposit.

• Soak offs: available. Choose soak off when you book and 30 minutes is added to your appointment for you.
• Fills: available on Baddie Nailz work only. No foreign fills.
• Pricing: all prices are base prices. Your final price depends on the exact design. Want a quote first? Reach out before you book.

No extra guests and no kids. Guests will not be allowed in.

There are no refunds after your service. If anything is wrong with your nails, reach out within 24 hours and we'll get them fixed as soon as possible.
